Artwork

All artwork is produced from pictures and/or information supplied to Creative Lines by Customer/Client. Upon completion of the project or at intervals specified by mutual agreement, artwork proofs will be provided to the Customer/Client. It is the responsibility of the Customer/Client to proof artwork and any text included in work so that appropriate revisions can be made prior to printing. See further information below.

Revisions

Keeping in mind that original artwork reflects the creativity and perspective of the artist and that all artwork generated is dependent on information provided by Customer/Client, limited revisions will be provided. While Creative Lines, Inc. endeavors to create quality products that meet the satisfaction of its clients, it is understood that revisions requiring total rework of original art will incur separate and/or additional fees. All revisions requested following proof approval by client and final printing will incur additional fees.

Caricature Likenesses

Caricatures are cartoon exaggerations of the subject and are not intended to be exact likenesses, although every effort is made to render a near likeness of subjects from the photos and information provided. Due to the unique qualities and differences in each individual, facial expressions or hairstyles will be based upon the pictures provided to Creative Lines, Inc.

Rights and Use

All artwork is copyrighted and may not be reproduced, duplicated or altered in any way without the consent of the artist. Any use additional to that expressly granted may require arrangement for payment of a separate fee. Original art remains the property of Creative Lines, Inc. and copies of all works are retained for use in the artist’s portfolio or for Creative Lines, Inc. advertisement.

Shipping and Handling

For all orders placed outside the general area of Little Rock, AR, shipping and handling charges will apply. Creative Lines, Inc. will make all efforts to ship orders through the most economical carriers. Customers may wish to provide Creative Lines with their personal shipping account information, although handling and packaging charges may still apply.

Contractual Agreements

Due to the nature of some of the Creative Lines, Inc. marketing and promotional products found on this website, a written contractual agreement may be required prior to initiation of the project. Contact Creative Lines, Inc. for further information.
